libreja.de offers several ways to import and export your data into and out of the system.

Catalog

To facilitate the initial entry of data, we offer a data transfer of the old catalog. Standard formats for import are XLS or CSV files. But of course, we also offer individual solutions, depending on the nature of your data.

For export, we have the following options:

• Export data as CSV for further processing
• Export the whole catalog of your media as PDF

User data

User data can be created in different ways in the system:

• Entering the user data via the web interface
• Import from CSV files: For this purpose a comfortable import assistence is available.
• Interface for LDAP / Active Directory, see integration
• Individual synchronization, see details

An export of usage data can also be done via comfortable self-configurable templates.
